REUVEN CHERUFF - DIRECTOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

As Director of Software Development, Reuven Cheruff is responsible for the product development for domestic customers. He has over 20 years of software management and development experience covering the entire Software Development Life Cycles.
He has served in a variety of roles, including Software Process Advisor, Project Team Leader, Development Team Leader, Senior Software Engineer, User Interface Designer, and Software Developer.

Cheruff received a M.S. in Computer Science from Northeastern Illinois University, BA from the Rabbinical College of America and Rabbinical Ordination from the Central Yeshiva, Tomchei Tmimim-Lubavitch.

 

INFRASTRUCTURE

DAVID LENNON--DIRECTOR OF SUPPORT AND INFRASTRUCTURE

As Director of Support and Infrastructure, Lennon oversees the management of the customer support team, the customer service administration and the internal system and network infrastructure at Asmakta.

Lennon has extensive technical experience in computers and communication networks with a proficiency in design and development, workstation support, component-level system management, scriptwriting, diagnostic testing and LAN/WAN systems.

Lennon joined Asmakta after more than 25 years of expertise in database development at R Lavin & Sons. As Executive Vice President for Purchasing, Lennon was responsible for software development of accounting, purchasing and sales. He has engineered cost-analysis models that applied cost-saving tools to rapid-change commodity markets nationally and internationally and managed the design and implementation of an automated commodity quote-receiving system.

He has also redesigned accounting programs to improve information management and developed databases to manage cost accounting systems. He is certified in A+, MCP, MCSA and MCSE.

Lennon received his MBA from University of Chicago in Finance and Accounting and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.

 

JEFFREY WILCOX - DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING


Specializing in large-scale systems and mission-critical databases, Jeffrey Wilcox applies his experience in developing reliable, high-transaction volume systems.

His extensive background in software engineering is reflected as Lead Database Developer for Fujitsu and Multimedia Games in Austin, Texas. Most recently, he was Lead Database Developer for Crosspoint Energy Partners, an energy futures trading firm, in Nagoya, Japan. As systems engineer for Fujitsu, he enhanced and updated Fujitsu PRIMECLUSTER Global File Services (GFS). He also has also served as lead for mutli-terabyte Data Warehousing systems.

He has operated with an extensive number of computer languages including Sql Server 2005, Oracle, Linux, Windows, C++, Java, Solaris, ASP and Transact SQL. 

Wilcox was graduated from University of Rochester, College of Engineering and Applied Science with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Design and minored in Japanese.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

ATSUKO YAMADA WILCOX - QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Atsuko Yamada Wilcox brings her extensive experience in management consulting to Asmakta. She specializes in budget management, marketing and recruiting and has applied her experience with major companies in Japan and the United States. Having grown up in Japan, she has been able to utilize her language skills for technical and correspondence translations in English and Japanese.

As technical product manager for Goldpocket Interactive in Boston, Yamada Wilcox led the technical development team for the company’s flagship product in 2000 and 2001. She also provided technical strategy analysis for Goldpocket’s senior management. She worked as Senior Human Resources specialist at Fidelity Investments in Boston from 1997 to 1999 where she proposed and implemented the “Japan Associate Development Program,” an innovative program that prepared staff for the cultural and linguistic environments of Japan.

Yamada Wilcox received her MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass. where she also received a Graduate Certificate in Information Resources Management, a joint program of the College of Computer Science and the Graduate School of Business Administration. She was graduated with a BA from Tama Art University in Tokyo, Japan.

 

GRAPHICS

EVAN LOITERMAN - SENIOR WEB DEVELOPER

As Senior Web Developer, Evan Loiterman designs interfaces and writes code for Asmakta’s websites as well as designing graphics. He specializes in graphic design for digital and print work.  With a background in graphic design and illustration, he creates standard and dynamic websites with SQL, XHTML/CSS, Javascript, Dreamweaver, and Flash. 

Loiterman received his Bachelors in Fine Arts from CW Post/LIU-NY and received an Associates degree in Interactive Design from IAMD-Chicago. 

 

SHIRA MANN - SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

As Senior Web Designer , Shira Mann designs the layout of Websites. Her rolls include selection and arrangement of photos, type, illustration and color with use of Illustrator and Photoshop. She typically designs websites with Dreamweaver.  She collaborates with other team members on blending content with design.

Mann was graduated with a degree in Computer Arts and Information Sciences from Hebrew Theological College for Women

 

TECHNICAL WRITING

ELLIOTT STINE--TECHNICAL WRITING SPECIALIST

Elliott documents database models and database architecture using Visio and Excel. He is presently a business and computer major at Harold Washington College.
